Use of the Site is subject to the conditions below. Accessing and browsing the Site implies acceptance of these conditions:

Site: refers to the website that you access from your internet browser

The Agency: refers to the real estate agency(ies) present on the website; which publishes the listings and collects the data entered by the user on the contact forms.

The personal data that may be collected on the Site are as follows:

  • Cookies: Cookies are used when you use the Site to collect certain information (in particular, your IP address, information about the computer used for browsing, the connection method, the type and version of your internet browser, your operating system, and other technical identifiers, as well as the URLs of connections, including the date and time, and the content accessed). You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
  • Contact form: When filling out the contact form, your name, surname, email address and your message are collected.

Your personal data is used primarily for the following purposes:

  • managing the relationship with you; ;
  • provision of personalized content and services, based on your browsing history, preferences and interests; ;

When certain information is required to access specific features of the Site, this requirement is indicated at the time of data entry. If you refuse to provide required information, you may not be able to access certain services, features, or sections of the Site.

Your personal information is kept for a period not exceeding 36 months, unless:

  • You are exercising, under the conditions set out below, one of the rights granted to you by law; ;
  • A longer storage period is permitted or required under a legal or regulatory provision; ;
  • This lease can be renewed if you continue the business relationship.

During this period, the Site puts in place the organizational, software, legal, technical and physical means capable of ensuring the confidentiality and security of your personal data, in order to prevent its damage, erasure or access by unauthorized third parties.

Access to personal data

Access to your personal data is strictly limited to the Agency's staff and sales agents, who are authorized by virtue of their roles and bound by a duty of confidentiality. However, the collected data may be shared with subcontractors contractually responsible for performing tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the Website and its services, as well as for managing our relationship with you, without requiring your explicit consent. It should be noted that, in the course of performing their services, these subcontractors have only limited access to your data and are contractually obligated to use it in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Except as stated above, the Agency undertakes not to sell, rent, transfer, or grant access to your data to third parties without your prior consent, unless legally required to do so (legal obligation, combating fraud or abuse, exercising the right to defend oneself, etc.).

In accordance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions, in particular Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended relating to information technology, data files and civil liberties and European Regulation No. 2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016 (applicable from 25 May 2018), you have the following rights:

  • Exercise your right of access to find out what personal data concerns you; ;
  • Request an update of your data if it is inaccurate; ;
  • Request the portability or deletion of your data; ;
  • Request the restriction of the processing of your data; ;
  • You have the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your data; ;
  • You have the right to object to or withdraw your consent to the use of your contact information by our services for sending promotional and marketing communications via email, SMS, telephone calls, and postal mail. This right remains valid whether the information concerning you was transmitted to us directly by you or by third-party partners to whom you provided it (in this case, you will need to click on the unsubscribe links provided in our SMS messages or emails, or contact us as described below).

These various rights can be exercised either by modifying your account settings, directly on the Site under the "Contact" section, by mail, or by email to the address provided via the "Legal Notice" link.

For security reasons and to prevent fraudulent requests, this request must be accompanied by proof of identity. The proof of identity will be destroyed once the request has been processed.

Policy related to telephone solicitation

We inform you of your right to register on the telephone marketing opt-out list and suggest you register on Bloctel.

Bloctel is the telephone marketing opt-out list on which any consumer can register for free in order to no longer be contacted by telephone by a professional with whom they do not have a current contractual relationship, in accordance with Law No. 2014-344 of March 17, 2014 relating to consumption.

The law specifies that it is forbidden for any professional, directly or through a third party acting on their behalf, to solicit by telephone a consumer registered on this list, except in the cases listed by law.
